choose root or outgroup ? #68

hi is there any away make me able to choose root taxon instead of automatic choice done by the tool ?

the outgroup is completely meaningless and arbitrary. No, there is no option for changing it. You should aways reroot the tree at the correct position after obtaining the tree. I will keep this open in case in the future we decide to add this option.

--outgroup option is now added in version 5.7.5. See 541f7d9
