Thank you for this wonderful software!
I am a beginner of phylogenetic tree. Your software helps me a lot!
I have a question when I use Astral:
I use the default parameter
java -jar ~/software/ASTRAL/astral.5.7.7.jar -i codon1_2.treefile -o codon1_2.58.SCG.Maf.Mis.DP-GT.passDPINFO.BIA.passVSVchr1_19.ex7_15.astral.treefile
When it finished , I used figtree to open the treefile file, and I notice that there is a figure in the tree branch. What it means when I just used default parameter without -t ? Is that a Local posterior (-t 3) showed in [https://github.com/smirarab/ASTRAL/blob/master/astral-tutorial.md#branch-length-and-support] or others?
