Bootstrap support values are same for all terminal branches #95

I am running an ASTRAL analysis on 60 gene trees generated from 60 plastid genes for ~5000 taxa. In the final ASTRAL output tree, the bootstrap support value is the same for all terminal branches. What could be the reason and how can I improve it? Thanks

terminal branches never have support values. There should be no support on terminal branches. Can you share an example output?

Sorry, my bad. I meant to say nodes. Every node where two terminal branches split has the same bootstrap value
