Ok - my bad - disregard. I see that the symlink is created when you install w/ setup.py develop
- which I was not doing (I was trying to install "normally" w/ setup.py install
and also trying to create a new bioconda build for 1.8.5).
Hi Siavash,
Wasn't sure if the best place to post this was here or at the "tools" github page... regardless, it looks like the
ginsi
binary is missing from the sate tools repo/archive.I've also had problems creating a valid configuration file to point
pasta
elsewhere to look for binaries - it appears the config header format that is expected is different from what is present inpastajob_temp_pasta_config.txt
(e.g. the aligners need to have "aligner" in the header?).
