Run UPP specifying the temp files directory #31

When running PASTA it is possible to specify the temp directory using --temporaries.

Is it possible to do this with UPP?

It is possible. I’m not sure the argument off the top of my head but if you use the -h argument it will print the help menu and I know it is listed there.

Yes, it's --tempdir
