AirwaySegmentation No seed found #104

image I have tried saveral CT data and got all the same problem:no seed found.Can u please give me your data?

The FAST test data can be downloaded as instructed here: https://github.com/smistad/FAST/wiki/Test-data There is a CT Thorax image in this dataset. The airway segmentation test should use this dataset

Looks like the OpenCL implementation you have installed is not working properly, or you have too little memory. Which OpenCL driver and GPU are you using?

I am not sure what is causing this, from the console text it looks like it runs out of memory. Have you tried the example called airwaySegmentation.exe in the bin folder?
