Implement TMT quantification, including quantifying protein groups #2044

Maybe I missed it. Can one use TMT quantification with metamorpheous?

Unfortunately, not at this time. You can do a search of TMT modified peptides by selecting the appropriate TMT labels from the Multiplex Label Checkbox uner Modifications. You have to click the triangle to open up and see all of the available options. image

the reporter intensity will be provided in the output and you can analyze the results manually.

Adding TMT quant is a priority for me. You can follow this issue for updates. https://github.com/smith-chem-wisc/MetaMorpheus/issues/1935
