Isoforms and protein link site #2092

Is there a way to prompt MM to report multiple protein link sites in the xl search output? When a peptide is present in two isoforms or in the rare event - present in two unrelated proteins - the protein link site is reported for only the first protein.

Thanks for the message. We will try to change the code to report multiple protein link sites. This feature will be in the future release.
