Download Proteome Error

Describing the issue On the Database Screen, the download proteome function is no longer working. This is probably due to uniprot updating their API request format.

Reproducing the error Attemping to download any fasta file in either compressed, uncompressed, xml or fasta format results in a downloaded file containing a single line that lost like a request error.
