Create I=L mode #23

Isoleucine and Leucine have the same mass and therefore often it can be difficult to resolve this ambiguity. Currently, ProteaseGuru treats these residues as distinct for the determination of unique peptides - but this might not always be what the user wants. Generation of an I=L mode where these residues will be treated as indistinguishable for the purposes of unique peptide determination will allow the user to have more control over the results they obtain.
