Let's do this soon, since we now have integrated deconvolution.

• [ ] Add integrated NeuCode deconvolution and evaluate with the YSNS experiment.
• [ ] Add a commandline program that runs through the whole program and outputs the results using ResultsSummaryGenerator
• [ ] Move the code over to .NETCore, so that it can be run on a Galaxy instance
• [ ] Communicate with JJ over at UMN, so that he can make a Galaxy wrapper for this.
• [ ] Write a paper about how intact proteoform analysis is possible in Galaxy-P.
