Warn user that a UniProt XML makes the SampleSpecificDatabaseFlow more useful before saving #152

Right now, the UniProt XML isn't required, but a lot of good annotations come from this XML. Either require it and guide the user to where to find it on UniProt, or warn them that they're not getting all the good information and that PSMs won't have as much information.
