Previously, if a protein sequence did not have a direct match to UniProt, the organism listed in the proteogenomic database was used for the database. This for some reason, was human regardless of the species used for the reference genome. To solve this problem, I have made the organism for all protein entries what the organism for the downloaded UniProt is (unless the proteins within the UniProt database has more than one organism in it)
