Updated the README
Simplified the Ensembl release management
Allows selection of either/both variant and isoform workflows now
Isoform workflow was updated to ProteomeGenerator workflow, which performs better on initial testing
GUI and snakemake code check for Spritz versioning
GUI automatically suggests updates
New GUI installer
GUI installer is downloaded and installed upon autoupdate
Allows specifying alternative Docker image for easier debugging
Checks
docker info
and prompts user to improve memory allocation if needed
Allow user to view output and running processes within GUI while running
Updated from NET framework to NET Core 3.1
Outputs prose with citations
Organizes files into subfolders and copies final files to a directory
Output useful mappings for protein databases, e.g. accessions and variant descriptions
Output protein database compatible with MSFragger
Use the dbSNP VCF again instead of Ensembl if human is selected
