What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After a IPSF install that went sour on an OTB 1.1.1, i have since unlocked
with AnySim. Have
always had "No Service"
2. After various upgrades, downgrades, revirginizations etc I have 50% "No
Service" and 50%
Service! I can call and recieve when the phone shows "Service"
3. After SFTPing ipe-lockdownd-tools.tgz to my iPhone and terminal report a
success. I
rebooted and now the phone is just "Searching"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output would be my carrier logo instead of "Searching"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OTB iPhone upgraded to 1.1.2. Mac OSX 10.4.9, Cyberduck, Terminal

Please provide any additional information below.

The phone is still "Searching"
