Results table and Points Table mismatch when not excluding first timers

In the configuration, if first timers are not excluded from the scoring positions: The scoring positions are stored against the athlete and in the results table. They are not included in the points table, therefore there is a mismatch between the two datsets.

This is not a big issue, as the way we use it is to exclude first timers from the scoring positions.
