Add additional Modes #3

Right now homekit displays, “Heat, Cool, and Auto. Dry and Fan modes are missing.

Thanks for the feedback, unfortunately Apple HomeKit only supports three modes. If Apple adds supports for the other modes I will add them to the app. I’ll leave this issue open for now.
