No known encoding with chars < 33. Yours was 13 (CR LF as line break in fastq sample) #24

falco version 0.3.0

fastqc file with line break CR LF: reads_with_cr_ln.zip

There is no any issues to process it with fastqc, but falco reports an error: No known encoding with chars < 33. Yours was 13)
