Dear developer,

During analysis for oxBs and BS seq data, I am encountering the following error:

chrom start end pm ph pu #_of_conflict bad methpipe site line: "

Do you know why and how I can solve it?

It looks like an issue with reading in the data rather than with MLML itself. Would you be able to provide the files for me to test?
