5mC and 5hmC tracks #206

Hi @andrewdavidsmith @terencewtli I have BS (5mC+5hmC) and OXBS (true 5mCs) samples. I have used the MLML program to estimate the hydroxymethylation. Is there a way to save the 5mC and 5hmC CpGs separately for viewing in IGV?
