Make All command #40

I cloned preseq using git clone --recursive https://github.com/smithlabcode/preseq.git.

When I go into the preseq directory and use the make all command, I get the following error.

make: *** No rule to make target '/c/Users/cma83/Downloads/preseq/smithlab_cpp/smithlab_os.o', needed by 'preseq'. Stop.
