When the current branch is of Gitflow Workflow type feature/, bugfix/, or develop, the build identifier should be set to according to SemVer build metadata spec: http://semver.org/#spec-item-10

Depends upon:

[x] #3 Version Number
[x] #4 Branch and Build Number
