SOP for LBM Review: Final Proof Read #138

The feedback from @JacquesCarette (#135) has mostly been addressed, so now is the time to proof read the full paper again. To complete addressing #135, we need to watch for consistent use of verb tense and minimal use of the passive voice.

@peter-michalski, please proof read the paper again, looking for any grammar or spelling errors. The sections to pay particular attention to, since they have received the most revision, are: Section 5, Section 6, Section 7, Section 11 and Section 12.

Once you and I have proof read the paper, I will prepare it for submission to the journal.

Great work @peter-michalski. I'm glad you caught those errors, especially in \citet and \citep.

I still have many instances of the passive voice to address, and one more proofreading, but then I think we should be ready to submit.
