Apply One-Time Vena Fix

• [x] Schedule a session with Vena Consultant so they can apply the fix
• [x] Confirm fix has been applied before users can begin entering data

• Rescheduled meeting with Vena Consultant for Monday, February 28 at 2PM

• Had a call with a Vena Consultant

• Consultant added an additional step two steps to the Vena Template Automation Average

• Consultant also changed the bottom-level current year to 2021-2022

  • This is another task we will need to update every year

Steps to point to new bottom level year

1. Select the previous year, on the right side, expand Attached Attributes and select Edit
2. Remove Checkmark from CurrentYear and press Apply
3. Select the new year, on the right side, expand Attached Attributes and select Edit
4. Add a Checkmark to CurrentYear and press Apply
