Update readme #25

  1. Changed all the screenshots source in the README file to the screenshots listed in the src/screenshots folder.
  2. Added a link to the YouTube video demonstrating the workflow of the AortaGeomRecon module.

@smiths, let me know if the video link is working for you. You can get redirected from update-README branch, just under Instruction.

Yes, I can access the youtube video. I will merge this branch with main.

Is there any way to add a voiceover to the video? I think it would really help with using the video, and it would make it more user friendly. :smile:
