Reference Issues #103

I started working on section references and other related references. I've listed bunch of issues. I think I'll just post one by one in this issue. I'll solve one by one. We can just discuss under this issue.

First Issue

Do I add references for all these using makeRef? Before I do this, do we need any further changes for generating reference? @szymczdm @JacquesCarette
