Problem statement for Game Physics completed. Please review. PDF file included.

I made a few comments on the LaTeX in #150. As for the content, it isn't too bad. (The words could flow a bit better, but that isn't a big deal at this time.) My only suggestion is to add a reference to Chipmunk, as an example of a similar project. (https://chipmunk-physics.net/)
