My revision of the SSP SRS is ready for review.

We should merge this branch. I'll merge it now. We discussed other changes on Friday (Oct 19), but this version is the right base to use for those changes.

@bmaclach, please delete the ssp_revisions branch when you are done with it. You should probably start a new branch for the verification and validation plan. When we get to it, a new branch for the MG would also make sense.
