At page 1, please rewrite the second point as it is not clear if it discusses the maintainability or the efficiency. And you wrote based of efficiency'', please change it tobased on efficiency''.
Please separate the posts into maintainability and efficiency for clarity.

Fixed in c4f4515. I addressed pt 2 and removed the word "efficiency". Please close ticket if you are satisfied.
