once again I think you should \ref the SRS when talking about data definitions. In this case you mention DD2 without reference.
Why is ThicknessT a question mark?
the toMinThick() output if difficult to understand. Are you multiplying everything by 1/1000? Is the value following the arrows supposed to be the output for that particular t? Maybe it would be better to make a table or have the output followed by "if t=.."(I might just be used to math conventions and you are probably fine. )
