This issue is regarding the output module in your MIS and a suggestion.
the one row in table in 13.3.2 is very cluttered. I think you should expand it into multiple rows for each input. It looks unorganized.
also I think you would benefit from an exceptions table at the end of your document. This way you can collect all of the exceptions, describe them and provide a link to the modules that throw them. This was done in in one of the example documents. I implemented this in my document and found that it was very useful for tracing exceptions and seeing which were common between modules.
Also you do not define the Boolean symbol in your reference table.
