Smithy is a protocol-agnostic interface definition language and set of tools for generating clients, servers, and documentation for any programming language.
A few of our subprojects had formatting disabled, this re-enables them and runs the formatters. Unfortunately the formatter only is run on projects using the gradle plugin, so I manually ran it elsewhere. I didn't run it on smithy-syntax, smithy-model, or smithy-cli since there are a large number of test files there that want the files to be formatted in a different way.
