Exposure time doesn't look human-friendly #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Show exif data for any image

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see the exposure time/shutter speed in a way of fraction 
(n/n). I see the result of the fraction, and it's not very friendly for 
photographers.
