wrong exposition time #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
with exif viewer I see incorrect value for exposition time, exactly 1/10. 
When I download picture do disk, with other SW I see correct value 222sec.

It was file with long exposure, but I can't help you. I'm not using 
chromium/chrome and exif viewer any more.
