- fix error if kmd rewards address not valid
- Add KMD/LTC to sidebar
- Fallback to profile index if notary not in season
- tweak top coin notarisers
- apply explorers to all fields where applicable
- add coin icons where applicable
- remove broken coingecko widget
- Standardize page and table column headings
- Use tooltips / links for large field values (notaries list, op_return, txid, epoch_chains)
- more consistent column order
- badgify field values
- add "copy to clipboard" for CLI / Launch params
