容器中安装ddddocr 失败 #101

是在docker 容器中安装的 看了一下似乎是卡在numpy1.19.3准备元数据的时候有问题,但是搜了好久没找到解决方法

环境:

Python 3.9.7 pip 22.3 from /usr/lib/python3.9/site-packages/pip (python 3.9)

错误Code:
