[EN] Make `ImageOps` faster #18

Feature request / Suggestion

ImageOps currently takes about 10 - 15 seconds per 2K+ (resolution) image. There are ways to make it faster:

[ ] By incorporating with the task itself, and removing the need for model load for each new contribution. Note that, celery -P threads effectively does this, but it can still be faster.
[ ] By batching images and inferencing on patches.
