[EN] Make OG tags show image relevant to Mesh, instead of a chosen image. #22

Feature request / Suggestion

Once #21 is fixed, supply the following per site (Mesh):

A less-than 1000x500 resolution Mesh.thumbnail for og:image & og:image:secure_url.
Change og:image:alt and *:description as well.

The changes are to be made in index.html, views.py & main.js:

NOTE: ~blocked till #21 is fixed~. OPEN FOR CONTRIBUTIONS NOW.

22 (this issue) wasn't fixed by https://github.com/smlab-niser/tirtha-public/commit/bd8b0e3730282f72deb1abea556ef71703919fbd, #21 was.
