[EN] Add `post_delete` signal for `Run`s & hence, `ARK`s #25

Feature request / Suggestion

While 'Archived' Runs and associated ARKs are not supposed to be deleted, there might be some cases, where it becomes necessary. For those cases, implement a post_delete signal that removes the .glb file, archived Run folder and also purges the associated ARK from the database.

Current behaviour

Deletion is allowed in the admin panel, but the ARKs, linked .glb files and archived Run folders are not deleted.
