[BUG] `LSCM / ABF` unwrap in `texturing` fails. aV build issue. #7

Problem description

LSCM / ABF unwrap in texturing fails. This is a build-related problem. Compiling from source might fix it, provided CoinUtils can properly install.

Additional context

The exact error in the trace is:

[13:17:57.689365][info] Start mesh atlasing (using Geogram LSCM).
OpenNL error in nlEigenSolve_ARPACK(): Could not factorize matrix

[ ] Check if installing Open Asset Import Library (ASSIMP) fixes this.
