Add analysis tools #2

Add: 1) Basic plotting scripts for forward model a) best-fit de-ttved, phase-folded transits b) TTV analysis by removing linear trend c) Plotting lightcurve fit and residuals over specified time range (and color highlighting) 3) DEMCMC posterior analysis including a) corner plots b) RG stats c) Posterior tables

note: I have most of these in some form, but may need to convert to python and/or curate.
