Make redirect sites user editable? #27

There are instances of Nitter Teddit etc that I would like to add to the extension. Can we get user editable fields to add our own instances?

Customized instances are supported by Privacy Redirect on both iOS and macOS. Just check the toggle and customize your instance with the text field.
