Sphinx doc #8

This is the start for some Sphinx documentation.

If you can make me co-owner or collaborator on this project I will be able to setup the readthedocs.org page for this project as well.

@thijstriemstra btw, I'm using git flow to manage this repository. Going through the git flow release start X.X.X (as per whatever the next reasonable version is according to semver.org) and to git flow release finish X.X.X followed by a git push --tags will result in a new release pushed to pypi. I suspect you know this but just explaining it should you want to release a new version.

Thanks I wasn't aware of that. Could you add a release section to the docs where this is described?
