3554 - North Thompson side channel - fix coordinates #4

Coordinates are on side channel of North Thompson. stream_name = unknown trip to Craigellachie Creek Likely an incorrect digit in the easting value, or perhaps the zone is wrong.

The coordinates don't seem to be just a single digit typo. crossing_id=3556 is on the same road at 14.9km, this crossing is at 17.1km Based on that, new coordinates should be:

utm_easting = 372585
utm_northing = 5657234

On blue_line_key 356116841 at about 270m (modelled crossing 18302309)
