include BIGC / MURT in FPTWG model #410

No need to specifically exclude these watershed groups, the barriers work to do this and are useful to display in outputs.

Note that the FISS 5m falls on Big Creek at ~2km may not be a barrier, the anadromous barrier is noted as being at 11km in this source https://www.env.gov.bc.ca/cariboo/env_stewardship/wrp/reports/fhap/big_churn_gaspard/overview/big_over.html (no falls present in FISS at this location but barrier is captured in gradient model).

Added BIGC to list of watersheds to run and noted falls as not a barrier. MURT was already included. Only remaining issue to get the barriers to show up in the salmon/steelhead outputs is to add spp to data/wsg_species_presence.csv
