Remove scripts from bcfishpass and add to fwa as per https://github.com/smnorris/bcfishpass/issues/344

I'm not sure the circular dependencies are worth fussing with - bcfishpass.pscis is required to build channel width. Presuming/requiring thatbcfishpass has been built on the db might be the simplest way forward to include cw/discharge.
