double check against fwakit.watersheds
test cut watersheds for validity

Example, cutting the Fraser at Golden Ears bridge fails because Barnston Island is selected as as one of the closest banks. There are probably other similar edge cases.

When generating the watershed upstream of the Elko Dam, something is not quite right along the height of land at the Alberta border near Crowsnest Pass (result in red, FWA linework in grey): FWA_WatershedAtMeasure(356570562, 22910) Screen Shot 2020-12-23 at 10 24 43 AM `
