ARM support #274

Fixes build problems with yarn and missing glibc by using Debian instead of problematic Alpine. It is a bigger image but is used for the build phase only, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Also adding support for multiple architecture docker image in GH actions so the next release should automatically support ARM MacBooks out of the box.

It would be really great to have this feature. We may have to stop using smocker if we can't use an arm64 image. Any update on this?

Hi sorry for the delay but i'm unused with Github actions. I though that CI wasn't good. I relaunched all check.

I will try to make it pass but in any case I'll do another pass later to reappropriate the CI workflow and change the outdated actions.
