Migrate docs docusaurus #300

I need to change the deploy commands on netlify so the preview won't work

you can launch in local with: cd docs/ && npm i && npm run start

I copypasted some css from vuepress to make it prettier

The local search doesn't work in dev mode, only with a prod build (npm run build && npm run serve)
