Crashes! #9

i am running Windows 7 64bit and when i launch portmap i crashes on me do i 
need a special framework or something??? Please Help (i need this for my 
minecraft server!!!)

this seems to be some dll issues.
I have not much programming skills to be able to see why or how the coding went 
wrong so I can't fix it
